They're for a 400 +.03 but what rod & what's the wt.?
Can't seem to find that part no.
I'd assume 5/64 rings.

Hi cruiser, those are designed to be used with a "stock" 400", 5.565" conn rod with the "400" crank!

It can also be used to make a 372" (destroked 400") with a 350" crank and a set of 5.700" conn rods! Has a 1.555" C.H.

The piston weighs about 650 grams in the +.030's, has some 3.5 cc symmetrical valve pockets, and is set up for press-fit pins only, no lock ring grooves! Ring grooving you stated is correct, 5/64", 5/64", and 3/16".

Thanks, Gary in N.Y.

P.S. The equivalent TRW piston is the L2467F!!
