I would too.... along with a new/younger LB, (besides Mayo) strong safety, and a D lineman.
They need to improve all of these positions.:(

I think a lot of teams just keep recycling coaches and hope for the best. Look at Dan Henning and how many head coaching gigs he had. Same with Wade Phillips and like Phillips, what's he done? Jim Mora was another. Same for Dom Capers. This, along with free agency and the salary cap, have killed the quality of pro football. Same bad coaches keep getting recycled, no motivation for the players, and no way to hold the lazy unproductive players accountable.

This season's college bowl games have been far better to watch than the NFL playoffs. Titans/Ravens has been the best pro playoff game to date. The other games have mostly been one sided flops in which one team or both weren't quite ready to play.

Looking forward to next season's college games and the bowls.
