When I pull the headlight switch on (66 chevelle) both turn signal lights on the dash come on as well. When the high beams are on, the "bright" indicator on the dash is out. With the high beams off, the indicator light is on. My first instict is the headlight switch itself, but not sure.

Doesn't sound like the switch. Sounds like a poor ground to the dash cluster. Try a test clip lead from the bulbs down to a known good ground. On my 64 I ran a separate ground strap from the fuel gage mounting screws to the dash frame and fixed it forever (I hope).

Thanks. I'll give that a try. I didn't have this problem prior to just pulling the dash cluster out. I put in factory gauges, and then the problem arose. I'll let you know if that fixes it.
