I have one that needs to be reloaded but I dont have any restore cd's

if you are the original owner;
contact dell and request the cd's to reload the Op sys and drivers it came with.
if it's not in warranty, think it's several years old = small charge for the disks :)

No I am not the original owner..

Contact Dell anyway as you might still be able to purchase the restore CD.
