How can I get a full 12 Volts to my heater fan without wiring a toggle switch? It only runs on low? Also what blower moter would be a good repacment that would have a higher CFM? Thanks it is getting cold around here.

Have you checked your high blower relay? It is the thing that turns on the power to the motor for full blast operation.
