Hey guys, I'm in need of some suspension parts quick and realized I haven't seen Mark from SC&C here lately. I owe it to him to order the parts through him since he has helped me before and I didn't order the hydroboost from him:o

IDK if SC&C takes e-mail orders because I really don't have the time to call during the day. I emailed them but never heard back:confused:

SC&C does not take online orders. Mark likes to talk to the customer to make sure what you're ordering will work with your goals/intentions, and your existing parts (and don't be surprised if he talks you out of buying something in favor of a cheaper alternative)

I got a email answer from him last week. It takes him a few days to answer all his email so give him a bit of time if he does not get right back to you.

I know he's busily writing a book...! He is super busy, but if you call, he'll surely take the time to speak with you about your specific needs.

Thats the problem, I can't call! I'm at school until 8:00pm and they close at 5 eastern time! My only chance is to wait until the 19th but thats two weeks away! I swear he messaged me when I was shopping for the hydroboost and said that they take email orders also. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait:(

I leave at 4 in the morning, they open at 8. I'm not going to be late for work/school for some car parts. It's cool, I'll just have to wait! But I'm really impatient:yes:

I called at 2:45 my time (central) should be 3:45 eastern and got the machine, I left a message, should still be open for a little over an hour. I too am thursty for knowlage LOL

he will sometimes answer on saturdays and sundays. i sometimes wonder if he has a twin step in and finish the conversation. im not sure how he has that much breath. the greatest part is its all legit, and there no crap or sales pitch tossed in. pure tech!!!!

LOL, no, I sit at a computer when I work (I'm a tutor). Thats why I was hoping I could order online!

Yes he is in on Saturdays sometimes too.

I ended up missing a call back last night I was working...So he is around just busy. Ill try again today. :)

Just got off the phone with him - he's alive and well - very busy! Placed my order for rear varishocks and the pro touring bar..... I'm running out of things to replace - I'm going to have to make it look nice soon!

I almost started to crinkle up some paper and tell I'm I was driving through a tunnel, LOL.

We`re here and thankfully quite busy. I still like to spend as much time as it takes with each client so if you don`t through on the first try, drop us an e mail too and we`ll get back to you ASAP. We had a server problem and couldn`t reply to e mails for most of this week so the phone messages really stacked up. We`ve got the server fixed and we`re just about caught up now so you should have an easier time getting through. Thanks!
Oh and BTW our hot rod shop closes at 5PM but I`m here until 7pm Eastern time to take calls. We do it for folks on the west coast or those who can`t call from work. Mark SC&C

Ithink you on the Hit List Mark if you close down due to Tyler closing ATS so you better keep it coming as strong as always! I know I have helped out with buying my share your uppers with upper and lower ball joints, upper and lower curries for the rear for my chevelle. I justed wished I waiting for the hex uppers over the round ones oh well I am sure there just as good and just cosmetic.
