Current Setup in my 1969 Chevelle 300 Deluxe Sport Coupe (sheetmetal ordering commenceth this spring)
TH350 (Powerglide rests in peices)
3:55 Posi, Soon to have boxed arms and sway bar
-350cid, 1972 Vintage
-GM HEI Distributer with Accel Cap and Rotor, and Accel HEI Super Coil
-Accel 8mm Wires
-Accel U-Groove Spark Plugs
-Blackjack AK5000 Headers
-Weiand X-Cellerator Intake Manifold
-Weiand 296 Duration Cam and Lifters
-Holley 750cfm Double Pumper
-Summit Dual Feed Fuel Line with Pressure Gauge
Thinking about a spare set of spark plugs ... What AC Delco Spark Plug # should I buy?
I converted the carb to an Electric Choke (years ago, when it was on my 68 Camaro) .... and I cannot get it to work (air horn flap is always open). The only way I can get the air horn choke flap to close, is to manually close it, and jam it closed with a screwdriver. I'm frustrated enough to rip it off, and put the manual set-up back on. Need to get it running to drive it into winter storage soon (Snow in the forcast for tomorrow), and Wife's patience is wearing thin.
