Thinking about a spare set of spark plugs ... What AC Delco Spark Plug # should I buy?

I converted the carb to an Electric Choke (years ago, when it was on my 68 Camaro) .... and I cannot get it to work (air horn flap is always open). The only way I can get the air horn choke flap to close, is to manually close it, and jam it closed with a screwdriver. I'm frustrated enough to rip it off, and put the manual set-up back on. Need to get it running to drive it into winter storage soon (Snow in the forcast for tomorrow), and Wife's patience is wearing thin.

Take the black cap off and make sure that the spring is "hooked" to the tab correctly. If its in front of or behind the tab, the choke plate won't close.

I have used electric choke on both a #4777 650cfm and a #4779 750cfm. Both work fine. I think Dave is probably right, something in your choke linkage is hooked up wrong, that's all.
