Anyone have any experience with using LizardSkin spray in sound deadener? Would spray in truck bed liner kits do the same type job?

Deerk69SS used it on his car and has mixed reviews of it.

I don't really know how well it worked, since I changed so much of the car when it was applied (changed entire drivetrain, suspension, body bushings, etc...) I can't accurately suggest its effectiveness for noise & heat.

I do not like it as it was applied to the BOTTOM of the floors... too "rough" texture that it marks up easy and cannot be cleaned well. I should have used a bed-liner instead as they look a little cleaner, are more durable, and I think they cover better too. Applied to the top side (interior) I think it's OK as you can't see it when covered with carpet.

My opinion is if it's exposed, use bed-liner instead.
