I was driving my 69 last night and the entire car just shut off on me. After that i tried to start the car and electric was not getting to any part of the car. The lights wouldnt work or anything. I know the battery is fine. Could it be a fuse, voltage regulator, or what?

Do you have an aftermarket amp guage? I had this happen once, and it was a wire for the aftermarket amp guage that got cut in half. No juice anywhere.

Check your battery cable connection at the starter. There is also a junction box that causes problems. I'm trying to remember where it is on a 69. On a 67 it is mounted on the radiator support, behind the battery. The battery sometimes needs to be moved so you can get to it. Make sure this connection is clean and tight.

That box is on the opposite side of the car than the battery. I know it went before. I guess i will try to test it out when i get home. Along with the starter. I know it has to do something with the power because nothing works.

There is a fusible link that sometimes fails. It will shut off everything. If you look at your positive battery cable, you will see a smaller diameter wire that is also connected to the big lead/battery connection. That is where it is.

I had the same exact thing happen to me on a 70ss i had and it turned out to be a bad connection at the horn relay. I would check that out too if the above items don't fix your problem.
