: Clunk Sound

I have a 68 chevelle ss that makes a clunk sound it seems on the left side when I accelerate quickly. I was thinking it is the body shifting on the frame due to old worn out bushings. I know the bushings are a bit used up so that is the only idea I have. Any ideas?
Thanks

Front control arm bushings, upper or lower.

Loose control arm cross-shaft bolts.

If its not your control arm bushings it will likely be a bad motor mount on the drivers (left) side.
