I have a power steering pump that is leaking fluid from of the side of the canister. I did replace the Saginaw pump as it appeared as though it was leaking from the seal on the front of the pump with a rebuilt pump. Is it possible to get just the canister as it appears as this one is dented and may be leaking from the seam were the remote resevoir connection is. Let me know.

If you think that the leak is at that point, I think that it would be worth while to disassemble the pump and braze it there. Good luck finding another pump can.

Aren't they readily available from the parts houses? They came on newer full size trucks too I believe. Getting a new one should not be a problem IMO. I took all my catalogs home, so I'm not able to look it up at the office.
