That car would be a lot of fun to drive. It's a perfect sleeper. Looks like a nice restoration too. It probably would have been a good idea to upgrade the brakes from manual to power.

As much as it is a nicely done car, I don't think it's worth $31k.

Rust free....BB...bench seat....column shift....post car.....what's not to like? 31K would be a stretch around here...........

A Muncie would have been frosting on the cake.

Great looking sleeper, to bad it doesn't have the original motor or documentation for the 28,000 miles.

I don't get why people rip up 28,000 original mile cars

because it's theirs not yours..
if I could find a '70 with granny low 30-40 g's miles
I'd buy it.. pull the inline 6 or 307
and drop in my 496
would it be wrong..??
should anyone else but me have a say in what I do with my car?????
people buy low milage cars and "rip them up" as you put it..
so they don't have to deal with rust.. and paint jail

He states it has original paint. It would be nice to see it up-close to see how everything looks.

Too bad he doesn't show pics of the undercarriage.

Nice looking car...but 31k is a stretch.

to bad it doesn't have the original motor or documentation for the 28,000 mile car if it does then maybe 31k :(
but why rip up 28,000 original mile car, to turn it, to sale?
everyone does not have the same taste in drive lines and engines :noway:
original paint were was the car a museum :noway:

"YOU WILL NEVER FIND ONE THIS ORIGINAL EVER" << not original now :noway: with all that drive line work ORIGINAL

IMHO
wasted car
wasted money
31.5 k ???????? to someone

You're right, it's not my taste, but what good is original paint and original interior if everything else is not original? IMHO he took a fine example of a dying breed and turned it into just another '65 with a big engine. It is a very nice car, but trying to sell it based on original paint and interior is weak.

That's a beautiful car built to be driven. Nobody's gonna miss the 6cyl powerglide combo. Besides, look at all the other mods. No drums on the front either. I bet the guy's got 31k in it, but he'll probably have to sacrifice 5k if he wants to sell it. Wish I had the money for it.

Looks very nice in the pictures.
He only needs to find one person out of millions of ebayers that thinks it's worth the Buy It Now price (and has the funds).

This car has been for sale 2x since august 08 for 26.5k buy it now, highest bid it got then was I think 21k, I don't get how the price went up to 31k, the owner picked the car up the way it sits pretty much, wouldn't budge off 26.5k then...

Nice looking car...but 31k is a stretch. email me at db442@cox.net and i will send you picks of the under side. Make an offer maybe you will own it,make sure your wallet can back it up. If your in town for barrett jackson i would love to show it to you up close. You can even drive it if you wish. Then you can come back on here and tell how you wet your pants when you saw it.

I love seeing cars like that. But buyers with that kind of coin dont usually spend that kind of money for a sleeper like this. Im thinking low 20s is a much more realistic value. You must fill the oil through the pcv hose with those valve covers.
