How many times must i change the oil after water gets into it in, before i see clean bronze oil? After a intake manifold swap, first it was like chockolate milk, now it is a green tint with foam on the rockers. I am trying to decide if i still have a leak. thanks john

usually just washing off the parts and changing the oil 1 time will clean out the "foam" I would assume you cleaned it out when you replaced the gasket, if so and its back you may still have a problem. If you want to try flushing again try filling the engine with ATF and run the engine for about 15 minutes after warm up. the ATF has a higher detergent level and will mix with the coolant and remove it better than engine oil.

The best thing to do is add a quart of Marvel oil to the engine and run it up to operating temperature. Don't overfill the crankcase though...,
Drive a mile or so, then drain oil, change filter and refill the engine with fresh oil.
I've been through this scenario a couple of times, most recently last weekend. It works!
What part of LB are you in?
