Just FYI:

I had a guy at NAPA tell me the old part number 2084421 or 2962447 for the GM female 56-series connector terminals "didn't do anything".

Today I went down there and talked to a guy I've dealt with before. He found them in the catalog and they are now sold as individual units. The part number is:

725147

I bought them all.

I tried buying some for an HEI wire I was planning to make. Trouble was buying them in 50 pc quantities.

Now the Q is, how do you plan on crimping the terminal?

I ended buying a $4 pre made wire:D

They have a minimum order of at least $5.00 per item. (last time I ordered)
Look thru the catalog and get all of the connector bodies as well.

When I wired my 59, I bought all the terminals from these guys, all but the 8-way connectors I needed, and all of the relays I installed in the car

Pete which terminal is this? Can you add a picture og the terminal in your answer?Sure, see the image below. These are the Females which I use 99% of the time. The other female connector you will sometimes want is the GM series 59 which is larger and used for the headlight connectors (among other things).

I ended buying a $4 pre made wire:DI crimp them carefully. Not being glib or anything. I fold the tabs over the wire as tight as I can, and they will overlap each other. Then I get a crimper (cheap wire stripping thing with wavy-ends for crimping. I use the extending ends of the waves) and press down in the middle. This usually causes the tabs to sink down and separate slightly making a decent crimp. Doesn't always work, but with practice it's going well.

Look thru the catalog and get all of the connector bodies as well.I looked at them and it looks like they'll only sell these things in rolls of 1500. It would be a good deal on a group purchase if enough people wanted them. EDIT: The link you sent definitely sells them individually, so you are correct although the ones shown did not look brass. But 50 (the minimum order listed) at 15-cents each is only $7.50, so that's a great deal! EDIT#2: Well, add $5 handling and $8 shipping and it's 50 pieces for $20.50 or 41-cents each. So NAPA is still cheaper.

Other places I saw them:

They were $0.38 at NAPA

This is a pic of their kit, but has the numbers for the individual terminals on it. Pricing was pretty cheap, shipping wasn't too bad, and I liked the fact that they had different wire gauge sizes, which NAPA doesn't.
