I've got a line on the underdash (dealer installed?) hazard flasher knob/harness setup... reasonable $$ & in good shape.

I've seen two on EvilBay, one with a stamped metal bracket that appears to go under an under-dash bolt, and another with a chrome bezel that would appear to mount to the under-dash lip.

Which would be correct for a Chevelle??

65 Chevelle (disregard the black knob). I've owned 2-65 Chevelle SS cars with this type.

The accessories install manual shows that the flat black bracket which installs the knob such that the knob is pulled DOWN is what Chevy suggested yet I've seen more with chrome bezels of various types (Pontiact used a nice one) which face the knob toward the driver. Seeing as these were dealer installed, I'd say either mounting would be correct. The factory suggested mounting is less of a knee knocker though.
