Looks like it's from a Corvair.

Optional wire wheel cover 14" 63? through 66?
The spinner is the clue to early wire caps. later caps didn't have the spinner.

The 14 inch versions were used on Chevelles and other Chevys. The Corvair versions would be 13 inch. I have a set of 14 inchers like that for my 66 El Camino. They use to be more popular than they are today. Seems the mag style and dog dishs are more popular today, especially on muscle cars. Safety regulations killed the spinners in 67, and the basic cover got a little flatter, also, maybe in 68.

I have a drivers quality set of the 14" wire wheel covers with spinners as shown below in the attachment.

Does anyone know what these might be worth?

Thanks!
