They don't make PF25 filters anymore, discontinued.

Recently? Of is it from the '70's?

I don't think it's been that long ago, maybe 5 or 6 years ago.
I'm sure someone might have a better time frame.

Who would pay $19 for that filter? I don't care if it says PF25, it looks nothing like the original. Might as well put a $4 Fram on it

Well, I guess if you were doing a frame off restoration on a 78 Corvette pace car, you might want one.

You can still buy the red and white pf-25 from AC Delco alot cheaper than the repo suppliers. I have the part # on a box in the garage if anybody needs it.

There was a thread a while back showing original PF25's going on ebay for over $200! Insane

Were they that solid dark blue in 78? I thought there were mostly white. Guess it's a correct filter if you want to put it on a 98 Grand Am, lol

The one I posted above shows applications only thru 74 . If it were made later wouldn't it show thru the current year?

still using the ol canister with ph-200 filter element on my 67. holds an extra quart and is easier to change with the headers !! the o ring can be a real pita sometimes though !!
