Thinking of putting 15 x 8 SS reproductions on with 275/60R/15 107S Eagle GT. Will they fit without hitting or rubbing?

The 8s will not sure about that rhine you want to use though TRY IT

Mine fit with that exact combination.

I have that same combo for front and back. The front rub slightly when I turn hard and go over a bump (like pulling into my driveway). The back do not rub at all. I have pics in my sig.

Go with a 4.5" backspacing and you can even put a larger tire on if you want!

Work on the back for me!

Easily in the back - not sure on the fronts. I've got 15x10's with 295/50/15's on the rear, no mods, no rubbing.

My wife's '70 has this exact wheel and tire size with no issues. Backspacing is 4.5", also her car is really low in the back with the original springs.
