The picture is too small but that looks like a circuit breaker for a power top, power windows or something of the like.

My 66 does not have one.
All mine has is the horn relay as a junction box or connection under the hood, at the radiator support.

As Dean commented, it's an self resetting circuit breaker for power accessories. In this case it's for the power top and possibly power windows or seat. It looks correct to me.
