i put on my rear bumper & have 2 small t-shaped brackets w/rubber on top of the t part. can not remember where they mount at. need picture or tell me where they go.....thanks rick

They go on the front bumper brackets, not on the rear. They are for anti-vibration on the outer brackets. There is a slot cut in each out bracket and a nut welded on the opposite side where it mounts.

they are metal w/rubber on the top of the t, i tied all the frt. brkts. together when i took them off & the same with all the rear brackets as i took them off the car. they was tied to all the rear brkt bundle. it's possible they got put in wrong pile. its been awhile since i took off. trying to find a picture in all my parts books for that type of brkts. with either the front or back brkts. kit..... i think i remember them being out on the ends somewhere?? i thought it was the back,being tied together w/all the back bumper brkts... i will keep looking. thanks ......rick

Some T bumpers (0.5"x1" in size) also went on the bottom of the rear bumper between the bumper and rear valance of my '70 (if I remember right...).

I know the brackets you're referring too. I had a hard time finding a decent pair for my convertible. They go on the front :thumbsup:

i found a picture of front bumper brkts still on the frame on body shop section. they do go on the frt brkts on the outside as was said. must of got mixed up when taking bumpers off. u guys are alife saver.. thanks again........rick.... i will have a bunch of used body parts to sell when i get time to go thru it all , i replaced the whole front end w/new parts. some of it had a little rust & some of it was bad, did not want to mess with any rust & surface rust. so i just replaced it all.
