I need the screws to attach the rearview mirror of my 1970 chevelle and plan to buy them from Lowes or Home Depot as it is a "Driver" and they don't have to be OEM but what size and length?

even a few size estimates is ok... I can but several at once, to get one that fits:beers:

Slip an ice pick up the hole to see how much depth you have to get an approximate lenght..........I'd guess 1/2" long. Go for a stainless oval head phillips screw.
