if im backing out of my garage early in the morning and i turn the wheel sharp it feels as if my front tires are shaking.i can even hear a slight clikcking..i just rebuilt the front end with a pst polygraphite kit and had an alignment done.i thought this would have cured the problem but it didnt.the car did this before i rebuilt it also.are they know to do this or what??

Have you checked the front wheel bearings for excessive play?

sounds like the power steering - check the belt tension and fluid level, sometimes its that simple
