Can anyone tell me where I can get a motor vehichle report for my 67 SS chevelle? I see where people refer to these and I would like to do a trace of ownership on mine. I live in Pa. and any help and information is appreciated. Thanks--bob

This is not going to be easy. I have already gone through this.
You can write to the state registry for a copy. But unless you are law enforcement you probably will get no where.
Also most states only go back to 1980 with records.
If you know a state trooper or Detective he can get all the info.
What i ended up doing is hiring a privite investigater and he is able to find litterally all the owners. To the point of current addresses and phone numbers. (In his terms "nobody can hide from him")Not cheap but if it means that much to you there is a way.

If you were in NC I could help you out. I can get records in NC since the car was registered there, I got lucky in that both of my chevelles are original NC cars, here all their lives. So I was able to get copies of everything, MSO's, etc
