The hood door worked. Then it would open but not close after it opened, unless you got out and did it by hand. Now it does not close at all.What part or what should I check to trouble shoot. Thanks for any help!

So I guess it's safe to asume that, it is the actuator asm. that is bad. Also I don't have a clue why this would reprint the question.
