First the back ground. My wife died of a massive heart attack on December 10th. We did not have medical insurance or life insurance on her at the time as my wife had been unemployed for a period of time. She died two weeks short of being covered under a new employer. The hospital and EMT service have given me a form to fill out so they can evaluate my assets to see what they are going to charge or maybe forgive.

I need the blue book value on the following

2007 H3 Hummer, 35,000 miles adventure package, sun roof, standard radio and cd player.
2001 Dodge Dakota Quad cab, 4.7 V8 five speed stick 4X4 74,000 miles

So sorry of your loss. Heart attacks are biggest cause of our losses. I think hospital and doctors probably get maybe 40% of the "stated" total charges shown on bills paid from our insurance companies.

All I can say is WOW.. So sorry to hear this news Rick!!!!

As for your question. Using Kelly Blue Book and my zip. Trade in value and "fair" condition. (lowest value, Best for this)
Hummer is $12,100
Dakota is $3,975
Add about 500 for "GOOD" and 1000 for "Excellent" condition and about 2000 across the board for "Private sale" price..
