One thing I forgot to mention in the other post tho... when you say you can turn the fan blades, are you sure the pulley is turning also? With the clutch-type fan, you should be able to turn the fan blades but the pulley will not spin. If the pulley spins under the belt, you need to tighten it. Bill C. ------------------ Bill C.
