I am ready to install my dash and on the back of the speedo cluster it has 12 light sockets and 11 are marked with what color wire goes to it. I have all the wires except a TAN one and I have an extra GREEN wire which is not marked on the back of the instrument panel. Any suggestions?

All the tan wires go to the instrument panel light bulbs. The green wire I am not sure of.
I will look it up in the AIM when I get home this evening and let you know if you have not heard anything before hand. I just redid my entire dash this summer but can't remember. The assembly manual has the schematics for wiring.

I might be wrong, and I don't have my wiring diagram here to confirm, but I thought that the grey wires went to the intrument panel lighting. I believe the tan wire goes to the brake warning light, and the green to the temp light. I would suggest looking at a wiring schematic.

Grey is dash lights, Tan is brake warning light, Temp is Dark Green
