Can somebody help me out here? I am having trouble finding the correct light green reverse light wire to connect to the new shifter. Does somebody have some advice about how to locate this wire? Thanks in advance.

Look in the wiring harness that runs between the two reverse lights in the rear of car. You can either follow the wire or hook it up there.
