Ok - I know there is supposed to be an "inner" and and "outer" but how do you know which is which?? The kit I bought has 4 identically shaped tie rod ends all the same length. Pictures I see of other kits look like there are 2 shorter ones. What am I missing here? I am no expert by any means!! :confused:

Inners have the grease zerk pointing out the end, Outers have the grease zerk pointing opposite of the ballstud.

Outers are threaded right hand. Inners are left hand.

Looking at several pictures online for outers and inners and guess what - they ALL look the same. I have yet to find one with the zerk on the end in a photo. I did go back out to the shop to look at my old ones and sure enough they point out the end. So now what? I guess I buy new inners - but from where? I wish I could remember the turd's name who sold me 4 outers with a kit that was also short one lower arm bushing. :mad: Idiot!!!
