I need someone to please tell me in detail about the fuel lines leaving my gas tank and where they hook up at. Here is what i have so far. I have two rubber hose coming out of the tank. One on the passenger side that curves up and one that comes straight out of the sender. I have one ss steal line running down the passenger side. It starts about where my fuel filter is and runs down the car and then curves straight down to where the hose that bends up off my gas tank is. I think this is my fuel return line. SO what hooks up to the rubber hose coming out the sender? I dont have anything there to hook up to that hose. where does the fuel return line hook into at the engine?

First I have to assume you have a 396 car rated at 325 HP.

The 2 lines coming out of your fuel tank/sending unit will be two diferent sizes. The larger is the fuel line the smaller is the fuel return line. The fuel return line originates at the factory fuel filter. On top of the filter are two outlets. Again the larger is the fuel line going to the carb and the smaller is the return line going back to the fuel tank.
The factory fuel filter (original part #5651462) mounts just above the water pump.
