hello guys, might be a stupid question but i'm on a budget. i have a 1972 Chevy C10 truck and my 1969 chevelle. i was wondering if it is possible to use the power disc brakes from my C10 to swap to the chevelle. the chevelle currently has manual drums.

If your Chevelle already has Disc brakes why not just add a booster to it and replace a few lines? To my knowledge theres nothing else that really needs to be done except for repositioning your rod on your pedal. The parts you need should be available at your local parts house......Good luck.

I don't believe the truck set up will bolt on your Chevelle. Manual drums need to be properly serviced and functioning well for them to be safe but in my opinion leave a bit to be desired. Tons of info on brake swaps here if you use your search feature. You could always modify your current spindles and find a set of caliper mount brackets and buy the rest at your local parts store or go the kit route.....Good Luck
