They charge you with no insurance just for not having the card with you. Might be the case here.
Most places you just take the card in and prove you were insured at the time of the stop and they toss that ticket.
There are however some places that will not dismiss it because the law states that you must have the proof in the vehicle at all times.:)

No, Marijuana cases go to the Patriots, plus we already have an Ellis on the team. :)

I love how these guys that get caught want to apologize and automatically think the "fans" are supposed to be sympathetic of them. If they were so apologetic..they wouldn't get themselves in this mess to start with.

OH WELL.

OK then, carrying pot while speeding and not having your insurance card, these guys are just plain stupid. :D

Did you see where OJ got up to 33 years today? Justice will be served but sometimes takes awhile.

Yep...I'll be flabbergasted if he gets more than 5 years though.

I think he has to serve a minimum of 9 years.

9 years minimum before he is eligible fo rparole. I personally think even that is too short a time. Kidnapping and armed robbery deserve more than 9 years in my opinion. Although eligible and actually getting it are worlds apart. I can't imagine his temper won't keep him behind bars a bit longer, he will do something stupid in prison.

I liked OJ's T.O. imitation even though he didn't mention his quarterback.

I know the minimum is 9 years, but I was just saying with the way "celebrities" are above the law, I would be surprised if he got more than 5.
