I'm looking for a choke spring that will fit in intake #3919803 and the spring needs to run parallel with the engine and move the loop for the rod up from the front side of the engine as it warms up. The notch where the spring sits has about a 5/8" hole and the ledge that the spring holder sits on has a notch about 3/32" down at the screw location but the offset knob on the other side where the possitioning knob goes is offset and not straight across from the screw location. The Quadrajet is from a marine application, don't ask. As mentioned before, the spring needs to move up as the engine warms up.

Visit your friendly Chevrolet dealer. They have both push and pull springs in stock or can get them for you.

I ran the same manifold with a Quadrajet on my 327 this past summer. The choke spring that I got was from Year One, and it worked mint. Don't remember the part number, but I think that there was only one choice in the catalog for small block with a QJ. Anyway, best of luck from one '67 fan to another!
