: Front end rebuild kits

I am getting ready to order a front end rebuild kit (tire rods / bushings / etc..) and have been looking at the kits through Ground up and NPD. I would like to stay in the same price range (250-300), but wanted to get some opinions from those who have already done this.

Is this the best way to go? What other options (close to same costs) are out there?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you

I think the best way to go is using all spicer stuff, you can get it through your local NAPA. If you don't mind the wait, you can go through rockauto and get it a good bit cheaper.

BTW, where in KS are you?

I agree!
My local mom and pop auto parts store carries the Dana/Spicer line of suspension parts. I've established a good relationship with the folks behind the counter over the years. In return, great service at a very reasonable price.
These people actually KNOW the parts they sell.
Not like the large chain parts store that only can handle what a computer tells them. :(

I used them for my front end parts and they deliver fast. I found the shipping to be reasonable and the Spicer parts are the same thing NAPA sells. Feel free to use the discount code.
