guy's,
just was reading thru the posts and saw that anti roll bars work great at keeping body roll away at launch.

so i started looking at a few sites. the prices are alot higher than putting on a rear sway bar. about 4 times as much. is there a cheaper version/ brand out there? i looked at the spohn and the HR systems. what others are there? i am looking at setting up a second elco for only track use.

i am also looking for a fiberglass front clip (65). anyone?

Here you go, I have used this model on my 1955 chevy and it worked great.

i went with BMR, not run with this yet.

i was running a heavy factory sway bar with 2-air bags and the car launched fairly squarely.
this was with southside machine lower arms and brackets also. :)

Wolfe Racecraft is having their Christmas sale going on right now... site doesn't list the discount, but in years past it was 20%. I like their spherical bearings for the upper housing ears, and run their arms on my '69... good stuff. :)

Did you ever get a chance to try this BMR anti roll bar out yet? I was looking for something to use mostly on the street on my 66. I'm currently running a 1-1/8 bar in front with home made alum upper and lower rear control arms, ( I mimicked the SSM bars).

:noway:nope, i've got it mounted along with DA-lower control arms from UMI. still on jack stands waiting for the resealed axles and c-clip eliminators to be reinstalled.
should be soon, or in January 09:thumbsup:

Thanks, anyone else that is running this anit roll bar?
Is it worth the extra money for handling (mostly street) compared to a stock type rear sway bar?
