should my brother buy for his zz4 fastburn (68 corvette vert.) to keep up with me? He is using a dual plane intake and wants to do an nos plate kit but is concerned with dual plane runners not equal??

I wanted to run a nos plate system on my dual plane intake also. I talked to my engine builder and he said stay under a 200 shot, so if he is only going small then he should be ok. But if he wants a 300hp boost get a direct injection system rather then plate. Dane
