gathering all my parts, all pretty much OE type set up except for double vacc. bstr. doing a 4 drum to front disk swap and wondering the why and what if on the P. valve. is it ok to keep the stock drum one? do i have to get a new one & if so which one? and if i reuse the old stock one and just run new lines up to the master cyl. what can i expect. what is the way to go? thanks, john.

If you go to Inline Tube they have a good bit of info and all the parts you need.

my take on the p valve is you need one that will work with disc/drum the factory drum/drum is basically just a union or "T" it doesnt regulate like a p valve does, also if you are running disc/disc that uses a different p valve.... hopefully someone chimes in because I to would like to know the real answer

from talking with people, the 70 is kinda a one year only type of brake set up, diff. in 69, diff. in 71-72. i was told just to keep what i have and use it. thats what i did on my swap to my 71 and no problems at all. a guy with a 68 had his rears lock on him and crashed! just trying to avoid that.
