I have a 454 30 over 2 bolt main, keith black 1 valve relief pistons, crower hydraulic roller cam 213/050 510/540 lift. crower roller rockers 1.7 crower roller lifters, 336781 heads 118cc, compression about 8.2 to 1. Eldebrock rpm air gap, shortie headers. 750 eldebrock carb, hei distributor, msd wires . Any estimation on horsepower, torque figures?

Take it to your friendly local chassis dyno guy.
Add about 20% to the numbers & loser pays :D

With that CR your a candidate for a small blower

I was also thinking very low compression ratio. I had a .133 dome KB203 pistons and probably only had 9:1. Flat top one valve releif should have had closed chamber heads on it to bump the cr. You still have lots of torque my guess. But HP under 400 is likely maybe not. My BB 489 with 10:1 is probably only pushing 450-480 but over 500 in the torque.

For comparison, the 454HO is rated 425HP. Basically the same engine with rec port heads {rec ports really don't flow any better than oval ports at the lower lift and lower rpms, so there should not be any difference}. Compression of 8.2/1 is really low. Did you verify the piston/deck height. Also, what head gasket are you using? I would put your Hp at 390 -395 @ 4800 RPM with your setup and the low compression. Torque though should be right around 500 FTLBS. I can run this through DD2000 later tonight for comparison.

Agree with above, less than 400HP I should think, and less than 500 lbs ft of torque ASSUMING that 8.2:1 is corect. That's a pretty anemic compression ratio if you're looking for a stout HP number.
Rich ( 70 SS 454 ) had a similar low comp 454, and I think he came in at 364 HP and 400+ tq.

my guess is about the smae as the others 375HP/475TQ. Sounds like U sould really benifit from a set of #290/215 casting heads with a litle port work to bump compession, would make a world of diffrence.
