I was looking over the dyno sheets for my 406 and was wondering if the volume effiency is adjusted to standard conditions like horsepower / torque.

Thanks - John

No as VE is simply a percentage of what the cylinder is capable of holding normally aspirated vs what it held under whatever conditions prevail so if you correct the conditions the indicated power goes up or down but the percentage of cylinder filling would not differ in relationship to the differing conditions.

In other words, if you tested at say 25" of barometric pressure at xx% humidity & xx degrees you only have so much air to fill the engine with so a percentage of that air is say 90%
If you tested at 30" you start with more air so you would have more power but the engine filling percentage wise still stays at 90%
