Got my manly valves today from summit ,2.19 intakes and what were supposed to be 1.88 exhausts. I opened up the box of exhaust valves and was shocked to see valves that looked like they belonged in a lawn mower engine.Only about a inch accross on the valve face.I imediatly shipped them back to summit. Has anybody had this happen to them before?

with all the places online to buy hipo stuff and how much cheaper than summit/jegs i wouldnt be suprised if they went out of biz in the upcoming yrs.some places out there are hungry for your biz
and will treat you a little better than those big boyz.....you ever call to place an order or ask
tech questions, they act like your wasting there time.the more i read the more complaints about summit/jegs i see.

I've NEVER had a problem with Summit or Jegs customer service..in fact, bought a Powertrax locker from Jegs back in Dec. that was $300,and the price dropped down to $199..they sent me the difference graemlins/thumbsup.gif
Sounds like someone must have grabbed some small block exhaust valves by accident for your order..hey,it happens.I don't see Jegs or Summit going away either..too much big money and sponsorship. On a different note,Competition Products and Northern are great people to deal with too,I just don't see them becoming the next Jegs or Summit as far as operating at that level..
