I changed all of my headlamps to halogens last night because one was burned out and I took possession of the car with 1 of the 4 being a GE Halogen and that's all the auto parts store had in stock, so I just replaced them all. I took out 2 of these that had triangular "T-3" markings on them. Any idea how old they might be? They look pretty darn old.
BTW, what a giant pain to change...I managed to chip off a paint flake off the surround as well. Grrrr....
Also, in removing the painted headlamp surrounds, I found:
1. An old 13 mm monkey wrench lodged between the body panels, pretty rusty
2. A random loose body bolt
3. Some leaves.
