Thats the last of it *** denotes unreadable number Any Ideas?Looks line a line tag for a Canadian-built Chevelle. From what I understand, these were used in Canada like the 'build sheet' in the U.S. All the three-character sets are RPO codes - looks like a SS454!
Don't know what the 329 is but 13637 is a Malibu sport coupe, 7575 is paint - Cranberry Red, 791 is interior - white buckets, ARV/ERO/TCS - ??? Hopefully someone else will know.
C60 - air conditioning
D55 - center console
0881 - ? wouldn't be D88 for hood and deck stripes by chance? The 1 could indicate color of white. ??
A51 - bucket seats
B22 - SS door emblem
B96 - rear wheel opening moldings
CD2 - windshield washer fluid level monitor
C50 - rear window defroster
G33 - ??
G34 - ??
G8* - could be G80 for Positraction
FR1 - ??
FR2 - ??
F41 - Special Performance Front and Rear Suspension
GY* - could be GY2 for 3.31 rear axle ratio
PL4 - F70-14B G/B White Letter tires
T60 - HD Battery
UF0 - ??
JL2 - Front Disc Brakes
J50 - Vacuum Power Brake Equipment
K85 - A/C Generator - 63 amp
LS5 - 454/360hp
M40 - TH400 transmission
N40 - Power Steering
U29 - Instrument Panel Courtesy Lights
U76 - Windshield Antenna
U** -
ZJ9 - Auxiliary Lighting Group
ZK8 - Tire Pressure Chart
ZL2 - Cowl Induction Hood
Z15 - SS454 package
http://www.chevellestuff.com/qd/rpo1.htm for Axx to Mxx and http://www.chevellestuff.com/qd/rpo2.htm for Nxx to Zxx.
Looks like a nicely optioned car.
Some items aren't really 'options' as such but did use RPO codes to indicate they're required - like ZK8 is the appropriate Tire Pressure Label, B22 for the SS door emblems or the LS5 which is the base engine with Z15.

Dale, I guess I got all excited. This car is 28 fanthom blue. The odd thing is some of the parts seen to have red overspray. Possible they built this car from parts of the other? In addition, it has a muncie.

I think the G33 G34 and the FR1 FR2 sre computer generated spring codes. The missing U could be UM1 am/8track tape??
329, possibly the sequence number like Atlanta sheets have written on them?

In addition, it has a muncie.Quite possible someone rebuilt the car from parts but the factory wouldn't repaint it blue after coding it 7575 and obviously someone has replaced the TH400 with a 4-speed.
Can you post a photo of the line tag?

329, possibly the sequence number like Atlanta sheets have written on them? The Gxx and Fxx codes could be spring codes, one code for each side not unlike U.S.-style codes like GB GB and OO OO. Missing Uxx could be any radio, and 329 could very well be some sort of job or sequence number - good call.

Seats are easily interchanged so you cannot assume what you find in a seat is pertinent to the car. Those seats may have come from a SS optioned car but maybe not this car (even if it is a real SS optioned car). Also its been found that seats did not always make it into the car they were found in. If several cars along the line got the same, then there may have gotten mixed up.
You need to look for other clues that prove these seats are for this car and not a transplant from a salvage vehicle. If you go to any big swap meets you will find all kinds of seats for sale.
