I'm looking at a front disc conversion kit for my '67. They offer a 9" or 11" booster and a square or round master cylinder. Which would be correct for my '67? (BB motor).

neither MC, since the 67 had a single reservoir, and both the square or round have dual reservoir. I would go with the round, myself. I can't say off the top of my head about the booster, but I'd go 11.

Sorry, the 67 was the 1st year for the dual reservoir and the brake fluid light switch. The round MC and the 11" booster, must have the slanted valve cover on the drivers side, rear corner is slanted for the booster.

Yep, Thomas is correct.

Here is the what Autozone offers for front power discs:

I thouight about the 9" booster for valve cover clearance. Would it not work or be enough for the power brakes?

doesn't the 9" have a dual diaphragm or something to compensate?

According to "Ground UP" they say that the 9" booster is used for valve cover
clearance and booster size does not affect stopping power. Guess that answers my question.
