Both of your chosen cams are too large for a M-22/3.31 combo with a 327 and any street manners. Go with a solid flat tappet in the mid 240 degree range, DCR be damned (we'll let the fuel do what it's supposed to do) and you'll have an engine that should pull decent from 3000/3500 yet still pull to 6500. I bet even a Comp XE268H (hyd) would meet your needs.

Doug. Thanks I realize the 1st 2 cams are suited for 3.73 or 4.10 but as I am point out and you too agree a 268 duration would be appropriate for 3.31's or 3.08's but with a 9.1 DCR available Fossil Fuel is out of the question were as E85 105 Octane would fit the bill.
My question: Would not the 9.1 DCR produce significantly more power and torque running 105 Octane E85 compared to say a 9:1 Static Compression 327 running a cam with the same duration on an 8.0 DCR and 91 Octane (not calculated but in theory)?
