I know i beat this to death but i want to order my cam this week and want some advice. I have a 68 chevelle with a 355 with sportsman II 64cc heads, performer rpm intake, 750hp carb, headers, dual exhaust, m-20 4-sp and 4.10 gears. I would like the most power i can but still able to run my pwr brakes without a canister. I have to come to grips that this is a street car, with maybe one trip to the track a yr. I put about 1700miles a yr on and do a occasional 70mile one way trip. I am leaning towards the 401A6 solid cam but i just want to make sure its not to big for a street car or i'll end up going with the 401A3. Any imput would really help. I've asked about cam help before put now i'm ready to order this week and need to make a decision.
Oh i believe its about 9.8to 1 comp, according to the pistons and the 64cc heads.

thank,
lucky 3
