after 2 years of being away and being put together and painted I am going to nbe getting my 66 SS back. all ready for me to do a bunch of work.:hurray:

2 years! I would have sold it and bought another if I had to wait that long just to get to work on it. When I think I might pay somebody to fix something and they tell me sure, we can get to you week after next, I usually get impatient and go ahead and do it myself. Even if I have to do it over, I like that better then waiting for other people.

We are a lot of different attitudes on here. Seems that a lot (at least a few) guys have sent their cars out and just forgot about them for awhile. Then some of the guys tell stories of finally getting their car back and nothing is done or else parts are missing. Or, they pay somebody and then don't even get the job done. All those kind of stories make me always want to advise people to buy a done car if they can't/won't do it themself.
