M20 is a wide ratio and the M21 is a close ratio, M 22 is heavy duty.

The M21 has a 2.20 low gear, the M20 has 2.54, the M22 has 2.20. You can make a M20 out of a M21 by changing the input and cluster gear. The M22 is a different animal.
