A customer of mine has a time share in Lake Tahoe he wants to trade for labor on his bike. It`s for a week and he says the fees are $500-$600 per year and I`ll get the deed and everything. How do these work and should I look out for anything? I trust him, he`s a good customer and has become a friend of sorts and has refered other people too me and has even tried to help me find a better job than the bike industry. I just don`t know anything about time shares. Tahoe is only about 2 hours from me and the wife and I love to go up there.
