can someone tell me approxamately the RPM difference between 3:31 and 3:08 gears.at 60 MPH.

The difference will vary a little depending on tire size. The calculator I use says 166 rpm with a 28" tire.

The difference will be 7.5% higher rpm with the 3.31s compared to the 3.08s.

For example, if you were at 2500rpm with the 3.08s, you would be at 2700rpm with 3.31s.
