That's awsome Brian! graemlins/thumbsup.gif It's not taking you long to get your combo sorted out.

What is your ultimate goal with this setup?

Working on getting a burnout down.
Next week my project is to install a line lock.

Thanks guys :D

Just finished switching carbs today, and i might have even found some power that was missing in the other carb :D we'll find out next week.

I had a #3310 vacuum secondary holley on the car for the best ET, the carb i barrowed from a friend is a 750cfm 4150 carb, with a proform body.
It should be jetting very close, as it was on a similar motor that made very impressive ET's.

Works fine for me, as well as my friend with the fast red chevelle :D

Some use type F, my trans guy is vehemently opposed to using it. Says it causes excessive wear. One of my racing buddies has used it for over 25 years in his original B&M 400. He swears by it and his trans has never been apart. His is a race only trans.

WoW...I never knew that. I remember when I first started driving, people told me never to use Type F tranny fluid because it was only for Ford...and something to do with the way they were built  ...I dunno, I didn't know anything back then, and I'm still learning now :D
